Join me live, online, along with the energy of the Harvest moon for an energy reset, rest, and grounding. After a short meditation, I’ll facilitate an active 3-part breathwork experience, which will be followed by a deep, extended rest. Afterward, you’ll feel grounded, curious, and and connected.

90-minutes; $50

Free yourself from brain chatter, stuck energy, and tension, while inviting safety and rest into your nervous system and body. Utilizing your own healing powers, and a three-part breathwork sequence, we will navigate away from a sympathetic state (fight/flight) where many of us spend our day-to-day, and toward a parasympathetic state (“rest and digest”) where we long to be. To support energy shifts and healing, Reiki will be utilized both hands on (unless you don’t want that—that’s okay, too!) and off for the duration of session.

The 90-minute experience will be set to music, include intention setting, use of essential oils (if you’d like), about 30minutes of active breathwork, about 20 minutes of rest and integration, and individualized hands-on Reiki (again, only if you’d like). You’ll leave feeling open, integrated, and restful.

You are encouraged to bring a yoga mat, blanket and eye mask.
